  • Plate Loaded design allows athlete to isolate muscle groups under more intensity and weight
 
  The Outdoor Area  
 
  • A dedicated area designed for bootcamp and boxercise classes as well as casual use
  • This area contains punching bags, speedballs and focus pads
 
  The Aerobics Room
