  CIRCUIT: Total body workout suitable for beginners through to advanced participants, using hydraulic resistance equipment to condition, tone and strengthen muscles while increasing cardiovascular fitness and burning body fat  
 

FREESTYLE INTERVAL COMBO: Designed to develop cardiovascular fitness and endurance, burn excess body fat and shape/tone muscles. Using traditional hi/lo aerobic movies, interval training & cardio and resistance equipment. Heart rates are kept in training range for at least 40 minutes. Conditioning section focuses on abdominals, legs, hips and shoulders with flexibility exercises to finish. Suitable for all levels.

 
 

BAR BLAST: Non impact sculpting class for toning, strengthening and shaping using resistance equipment. Improves bone density, muscle tone, increases metabolism and muscular endurance. Suitable for all levels.

 
 

BOOT CAMP: Outdoor high energy class designed to burn fat, increase fitness, strength and tone. Suitable for all levels. Get into some ‘basic training’ and get ready to sweat.

 
 

BOXERCISE: Outdoor class using punching bags, speedballs and focus pads. Non combative boxing style workouts. Suitable for all levels.

 
 

STEP MOVES: Low impact aerobics class using height adjustable steps to raise heart rate, tone and shape legs and buttocks, increase fitness and burn fat.

 
 

SPIN: Fun indoor cycling class for cardiovascular fitness, reduced body fat and toning lower body. Suitable for all levels.

 
 

CARDIO/TTB: Designed to target abdominals, thighs and buttocks while also improving aerobic fitness. Feel the burn!

 
 

YOGA: General class combining Iyengar, Satyananda and Ashtanga vinyasa teaching styles. Improves flexibility, strength, muscle tone, balance and co-ordination. Improves body awareness, encourages postural alignment and rejuvenates energy levels. Removal of toxins, improved mind/body link, stress management, enhancement of all physiological systems, emotional and mental balance and more benefits.

Includes asana practice (postures), pranayama (breathing practices) and dharana (concentration/meditation) plus some discussion and disclosure on yoga philosophy.6
